I get these errors as well. I have installed the kernel sources and
gcc 2.2.2d using install.2.x and removed the -nostdinc -Ixxx flags from
the makefile(s). I haven't applied any patches (that I know of) to my
.97 kernel. Is there something missing or is this something new?
