Subject: Help improving the vgalib???

Hello,
        I have downloaded dpg-view to look at all my GIF pics.  I am wondering
if anyone knows how to modify the vgalib so that I can view pics in modes like
640x480x256, 800x600x256, and 1024x768x256.  The max resolution I get now is
on the order of 480x320x256.

        Any help would be appreciated!!!
