First of all, I want to thank all of you who responded to my posting:
"Need Help: TeX". Well, the solution for "can't find the default font" can
not be simpler, all I had to do was giving the relevant directories the right
access mode.
Now my Tex is running fine. But I would like to see the DVI file using
MGR. I have two problems:
(1) MGR opens windows and exit them fine. But I can not "clear" the
windows. I ftp'ed the mgr-man.out from bellcore.com and use the sample termcap
for my mgr entry in /etc/termcap. It still does not clear the window. Why?
(2) The Makefile for texmgr needs /mgr/include. But neither the
linuxmgr.tar.Z (This is the one I used to install MGR) nor the mgr.tar.Z from
tsx-11.mit.edu has the include directory. So where can I go to get the files
for /mgr/include?
Again, many thanks in advance.
