My apologies *again* for another mail loop.  This time it was a site at
GE.COM that was at fault.  And, like last time, I've removed the
misbehaving address from the list until they can prove to me that
they've fixed the problem. 

Can someone investigate and let me know if someone has released some
sort of bogon, untested mailer from Mars on the net recently?  This is
the second time this week, which is getting suspicious.
