tcsh's ^X* command is also handy for checking it out, especially
if the wildcard-string is complex and you don't want to rewrite
it. (^X* expands the wildcard-expression into the command line.)
And if my memory serves me right, you can also view the wildcard
matches by pressing ^D at the end of the line. Or something...
Dunno if other shells have these commands, probably something
similar at least.
