I have put the latest version of FAS that I have (2.09pl1) up for
anonymous FTP as: freebie.engin.umich.edu:/pub/tmp/fas.2.09pl1.tar.Z, or
if you have access to AFS, check out the file:
/afs/engin.umich.edu/group/engin/ftp/fas.2.09pl1.tar.Z
