The number of us who actually use METAFONT is so small that there's not much
point in offering a binary.  It's pretty easy to make your own METAFONT
from the original sources.  Look for the newest web2c package on
labrea.stanford.edu.  There will be METAFONT sources included with it
or nearby, and you can use that.  In fact, that's how you should get
_all_ your TeX sources.
