Last night entertainment was to get the extended file system utilities
from the uk.mirror and patch mkefs.c to give me more inodes for my news
partition. This all seemed to work well except my cpdir program does not
like the new efs partition.

Can anyone suggest a automatic method of moving 935 subdirectiories and
their contents to another partition without a working cpdir program ?

Also in my test I found a slight bug in the new efs in that it gives a
kernel panic when your partition runs out of free inodes.
