i am interested in using some stuff from the InterViews package like the
WYSIWYG editor "doc" that apparently produces almost-latex-like output.
i would also like to use the interface builder that comes with InterViews.
i am a bit reluctant to try and port it myself, because i  don't
think i am capable of doing it...

i have tried porting stuff like Xfig, but these Imakefiles drive me
nuts. i'm a statistician, not a computer dude.

would somebody more intelligent than me want to look at porting
InterViews to linux? or has somebody done it already?
