I feel certain that Ian must be refering to Zero One Networking
(the same people that are selling the ZyXel V.32bis modems), though
I haven't seen the mentioned issue of PC Week.  If so, their number
is 800-255-4101.  Only one 16550, but it sounds like a very good
price.  I assume that it's for an ISA bus.
