What about QIC-40 format tape drives?  They hook into a floppy port, and I
have mine as the 3rd floppy device.  1st floppy is a 3.5 inch, 2nd is a
5.25, and 3rd is the tape.  Is/can there be a way for linux to access my
tape drive?

Just wondering.  And hoping.
