To everyone posting patches --

I am pulling all patches off the newsgroup, so don't worry about
uploading them anywhere.  However, make sure they are at least a
little documented so that I can say something intelligent in the
patch.doc file at tsx-11, though.  So far everyone has, but I just
thought I'd mention that.
