You need to look over and make sure you've identified them in the
right place - some of them moved from 0.95 to 0.95a. I've tried to
note those below.

        parser generator (yacc replacement)

        in /bin now.

        change owner of a file

        compare two sorted files line-by-line

        in /bin now.

split a file into sections determined by context lines

convert a file while copying it (?)

        benchmarking software

this has been superceded by init/getty/login.

        summarize disk usage

print lines matching a regular expression (extended grep)

        this isn't GNU. Just MicroEMACS.

        convert tabs to spaces

        fix zoo archives

        (fast) lexical analyzer

wrap each input line to fit in a specified width

join lines of two files on a common field

        setup keys for less

or link to another name (i.e. compress -> uncompress)

        make a FIFO (not implemented?)

this doesn't really format a partition, it just prepares it
for use by Linux. now in /bin

        in /bin

octal dump - dump a file to stdout in octal form

        merge lines of files

        both in /bin

        stream editor

        prepare shar files (I think)

        sort lines of text files

        split a file into pieces

change and print terminal line settings

checksum and count the blocks in a file

concatenate and print files in reverse (cat backwards - get it?)

        in /bin

        linked to compress, in /bin

        convert spaces to tabs

remove duplicate lines from a sorted file

        update the locate database

at1 is the device name of floppy drive b:, 1.2 in at clones

You should eliminate the hd[0-9] stuff, it's irrelevant and confusing.

Some comments:

- things should probably be lined up better (use tabs!) so it
        reads a little easier.

- I'm not quite sure what the point is. What you have now is
primarily a dump of the /usr/man/whatis file.

I think you should work on expanding the descriptions to a few
lines apiece, and show the relation between DOS commands like
copy, delete, etc and the Linux commands.

(Sorry if any of this sounds too bossy - I'm just trying to throw some
thoughts at you....)
