Unfortunately, it looks like young Iain is going to have to jump
through various annoying bureaucratic hoops if he is to get
suggestions from the US (or perhaps any non-UK site). Apparently he
needs a special account on a relay or certain other host to have
authorization to receive mail from the US (I know, I just tried and
got a bounce and an explanation). Perhaps there is someone in the UK
that does have authorization who can volunteer to forward mail? After
all, it *is* a good idea :-).
