There are two sys calls, isatty and ttyname, which are used by gcc 2.0
but missing from 0.95. I have the patches for 0.12 kernel. They won't
work with 0.95 since those sys call numbers are used by the other sys
calls. Something has to be done before use gcc 2.0 with 0.95 kernel.
