Do we have a comm program that supports v32bis (14,400kb)?

Right now I have two modem lines, one for users (v32 hayes) and another
for myself v32bis generic.  The hayes actually can get a higher connect
speed because none of our comm programs that I have support v32bis.  Is there
a program that does support v32bis and 57,600kbps?
