I beg to differ. I just tried it out last week, and to my pleasant surprise,
Quicken works perfectly with the dos emulator. This is version 0.4 of the
emulator, obtained from sunsite several months back, with only a couple of
hacks added:
changing the 'error = 4' to 'error = 0' to bypass the general
        protection fault.

Added the disk geometry of my DOS drive as the second HD, after
        hdimage.
