Does anyone know how I can allow a root login from my ttys2 terminal connection? I've had X crash on me twice (once it killed my entire system) so I want to be able to log in from my roommate's machine and just kill the processes. I know that I can "login sync" to sync the drive (this saved me the second time) but I still had to reboot (the console was still frozen). Any ideas? -Glenn -- * Glenn Wasserman - Rutgers University - Computer Science * ************************************************************************* * glenw@remus.rutgers.edu * glenw@gandalf.rutgers.edu * *************************************************************************
