Sorry, can't find it right now. As far as I know needing this file means that the programs were compiled with an outdated version of gcc. So if you recompile them you probably will not need this file any more so you don't need to get the file that I mentioned above. Couldn't please the people who put together these packages redo this and this time include all needed files?
