According to Michael K. Johnson and Brendan B. Boerner (who have it
on authority from Linus himself), the bogus do_no_page warnings can
safely be commented out.  Apparently they are not harmful and are
indicative of an older, buggier CPU (which my ancient Compaq most
likely is).
