I uploaded a new version of the cdrom filesystem to tsx-11.mit.edu.
You can find it in pub/linux/ALPHA/cdrom. There are only some very minor
changes from the previous version:

        * The door locking commands are now handled by the scsi code, and I
removed the code from filesystem to handle this. I think it was
0.98pl2 that added the door locking to the scsi code.

        * A field in the superblock for the block size is now set. This
enables you to run binaries directly from a cdrom (Yes, someone
           has tried it).

The diffs are based upon a pre-.98pl3 system. In general, everything
has been rather stable lately, and the only difficulties you may have are in
applying the diffs to the Makefiles.

The patches no longer contain diffs for the dependencies in the
Makefiles. After applying the diffs, you should do a "make dep".
