Hi,

When running `git-p4 rebase` from a subdirectory of the main repository, I get:

    fatal: cannot locate git repository foo/.git

even though the path reported as `foo` is the correct path to the main
repository.

This is with git 1.5.0.3, running on Windows/cygwin with a recent
version of git-p4.
