I will have to play with this because I get:

acd0: DVDR <TSSTcorpCD/DVDW SH-S183L/SB01> at ata4-master SATA150
ad10: 476940MB <Seagate ST3500630AS 3.AAE> at ata5-master SATA150

both are SATA/300 (perhaps it has something with what ATA port they are
plugged into but as far I know I have them on the first SATA port)
