watch -W your own console will panic

Hi,

I have a nice kernel panic after using watch -W
The user that I was watching logged out and watch asked me to choose new 
terminal:

Snoop stopped due to tty close. Reconnecting.
Enter device name [/dev/ttyp1]:

by mistake I typed p0 where the watch was started, and few seconds 
latter I got nice kernel panic.
Is this know issue and can anyone else reproduce it?

uname: FreeBSD 7.0-PRERELEASE #1: Fri Oct 19 08:47:41 CEST 2007 amd64
