What scares me is that sys/time.h includes time.h :).

Well. This alone doesn't solve the problem because including just time.h
alone from application doesn't work anyway, because:
/usr/include/time.h:135: error: expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm'
or '__attribute__' before 'strftime'
