get to rate them, and take the one(s) that you want to mentor.

If you are a mentor and are communicating with potential students, send
them the URLs above for student signup and the student guide; work with
them if they ask for advice on what to say in the application.  They can
resubmit up to 20 times if they want to correct it.

Deadline is March 31st.
