So Ive setup CARP on 2 DF-based mailservers. Installation went fine. Box 1 has 
adskew of 0 therefore it is the MASTER. Box 2 has adskew of 254, therefore is 
BACKUP.  If i down the carp0 interface on Box 1, then Box 2 carp interface 
gets promoted to MASTER. Then I up the carp interface on Box 1, logically Box 
2 should become BACKUP again as Box 1 becomes MASTER due to adskew set to 0.

However it doesnt happen. When carp0 interface on Box 1 is upped it becomes a 
BACKUP, not a MASTER even though according to adskew it should be MASTER.

What is the desired behaviour?
