Hi all,

Instead of sharing rule/pipe structure between user land and kernel
land, I want to create new structures for user land, so kernel land
structures could be changed without interfering user land programs.
This could also nuke some "not so good" hacks, e.g. overriding the
meaning of 'next' field in dn_pipe.
