Floating point should be working now.
There are still issues related to the VM system (not surprisingly). A
make buildworld from a virtual kernel with 64M of 'ram' and 512M of
swap gets confused and starts seg faulting.
This is a good sign, actually. There can't be too many bugs left if
I can get half way through a buildworld. It's probably a bug in the
handling of the virtual page table's 'M'odify bit. The real kernel
has to go through contortions to make that bit work.
