It's funny how so many arguments are really about the definition of words. Stuff is put forward by attempting to fit it to a collection of word meanings, and interprets by fitting it to a (usually slightly different) collection of word meanings. Things can get pretty heated.

Guess you could say the "language spec" (a dictionary) is the source of a lot of pain. Without it there would be no interoperability though... *grin*
